As a 28 year old learning for the first time I was apprehensive and nervous. However, from the first lesson with Paul, I felt at ease and confident. The lessons struck the right balance between allowing me the freedom to develop my skills by making my own decisions whilst also giving me very clear guidance when I made mistakes or could have approached something differently. I couldn’t recommend Paul enough for his calm disposition, patience and manner - I passed first time with only two minors! Following my test I also booked a two hour motorway lesson with Paul. And, over two months in, I am happy to say that I am a very confident and safe driver on all types of roads.

I moved to Paul halfway through my driving lessons as I wasn’t progressing with my previous instructor. I found he was experienced, understanding and very calm - essential for a nervous learner. I felt very prepared for my test, which I also passed first time. I would highly recommend him.
